14-Day Return Policy
At Timberline Steel, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 -day return policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging included. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return:

Ship the Item – Once approved, ship the item back to us at:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection & Refund – Once received, we will inspect the item and process a refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-built or personalized products
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
